Had a very comfortable stay with family. We also hosted a small function at their banquet which is awesome. Food was tailor-made to our choice. Constant hot water in bathroom was a notable feature but accessing internet and TV is a challenge. A night roof top restaurant was pleasant. A day restaurant should be added to the facility. A small Gym facility would complete the package in all aspects. Location is very convenient but slum structures opposite to the hotel spoils the show, makes it difficult to open the room curtains

It's a nice clean place with good food. We have stayed for only 1 night so can just talk about that experience. They do have a roof top restaurant which opens in the evening but it's not just restricted to hotel guests but outsiders are …

The staff are very slow to react. You have to wait for at least half n hour to get any of your needs addressed. There is big issue about the internet and TV. Every two hours, their system resets and you won't be able to play the Tv without calling their staff.

The location is near the airport..no market or good shopping centre in the nearby area. Service is ok. Staff is not well trained in hospitality aspects. Food is ok. Rooms are also ok..not very well maintained..I asked the staff to change the sheets after checking in.

Rooms are excellent and staff is very co-operative.|Fantastic ambience and food is amazing.|I would say it is nagpur's one of the best places to stay and its budget friendly too.|I strongly recommend every one.
